Logika Consultants’ team of specialist’s guide clients through all stages of development, from feasibility studies to Environmental Impact Assessments. Our detailed landscape and visual analyses ensure developments are well-sited, respond to local character, and follow a landscape-led approach.

We conduct Landscape/Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments (L/TVIA) in line with GLVIA 3. We work across various sectors including residential, mixed-use, renewable and transport projects. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, we assess development impacts, ensuring compliance with policy and guidance, and where necessary, we offer practical solutions to reduce or mitigate impacts, while seeking opportunities for enhancements.
