Health Impacts  

We are experts in assessing health and wellbeing impacts in planning and policy decision making, in particular exploring risks for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Analysis of health impacts is critical to project, policy and programme decision making, particularly given growing understanding of the critical link between health and the environment.  

Health Impact Assessment (HIA) is used to judge the potential health effects of a policy, programme or project on a population, particularly on vulnerable or disadvantaged groups.  The Logika Group are experienced in integrating HIA with EIA and the development of bespoke, cost effective and robust planning focussed HIA services.  

We have extensive experience in quantifying and monetising health effects from air and noise pollution, combining this with our wider Group expertise in air and noise modelling. We provide objective and actionable evidence and analysis to policy makers in the UK and internationally. Our team includes current members of UK AQEG and COMEAP.
