Toby is a Principal Consultant in the water team and joined the company in August 2025.
Toby has 6 years’ experience preparing flood risk and drainage documentation for both public and private sector clients. His recent experience includes as project lead for the expansive re-development of a high profile golf club for which he led the flood risk, pluvial modelling and drainage strategy inputs. Toby has also led numerous large scale residential based developments for national housebuilders and significant re-developments within the leisure tourism industry. In the public sector, Toby has led and authored multiple Strategic Flood Risk Assessments for Local Councils, primarily within Kent.
Hopkins Homes submitted a successful outline planning application for up to 1,250 new homes with supporting infrastructure, community uses and other public amenities on a 68ha site in the south-east of Bury St Edmunds.
