Polly Neal

BA(Hons) BLA CMLI

Polly is a Chartered Landscape Architect with more than 20 years’ experience, throughout which sustainable design has been at the heart of her approach

Polly has a proven track record in delivering high-quality, environmentally driven landscape design solutions for complex projects across a range of sectors including airports, housing, education and the public realm. Her experience includes leading the green infrastructure strategy for the challenging Heathrow Expansion Project, in which she proposed around 800ha of new and enhanced multifunctional green space as compensation for effects on the natural environment.

Utilising her technical and collaborative skills, Polly’s strength is in identifying missed opportunities within a masterplan or design to reduce its impact and improve its environmental performance. Polly regularly works with architects and engineers to embed environmental measures into masterplans and designs to increase biodiversity, minimise flood risk, reduce air pollution and noise and improve health and wellbeing through access to recreation opportunities and attractive green space. Drawing on appropriate input from various technical specialists, Polly is able to help create cutting-edge design solutions that ease the planning process and allow people and wildlife to thrive together.

Prior to joining Logika, Polly worked with Toby at Wood for 9 years, where she managed a team of landscape architects and was the company’s UK landscape design lead.
