With an ecological background in both public and private sector, Mark has been an ecological adviser for past 4 years and worked within the ecological sector in a variety of roles for 8 years. Mark has experience in all aspects of Biodiversity Net Gain, Ecological Planning Requirements, and Arboricultural Reports. With particular project experience in creation of habitat banks, designing ecological mitigation schemes, PEA, EIA, scoping reports and habitat condition assessments.
Having come from a local authority background Mark has a strong knowledge of how the planning requirements for large and small scale developments, having worked on housing, solar, technological infrastructure, urban regeneration, rural land purchases and small scale residential renovations.
