Claire is a Chartered Landscape Architect and Technical Director at Logika Consultants, leading the landscape planning team. With over 30 years’ experience in private practice across Northern Ireland and London, she specialises in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and the delivery of landscape inputs to complex development and infrastructure projects.
Her expertise spans projects promoted under Development Consent Order (DCO) regimes and requiring Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) from early feasibility and site promotion through to examination and delivery. Claire advises clients on landscape strategy, risk and mitigation, providing clear and defensible professional judgement in sensitive planning contexts.
She has worked across a broad range of sectors including energy, transport, residential development and strategic land promotion. As Technical Director, Claire combines technical rigour with commercial awareness, ensuring landscape considerations are embedded early within project teams and that high standards of professional practice are maintained.
